Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at arcaluxy@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are non-returnable, including custom or personalized pieces, engraved jewelry, and items marked as final sale.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we may not accept returns on certain jewelry items.
We also do not accept returns on gift cards or discounted items.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please contact us at arcaluxy@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Once approved and processed, you may place a new order for your preferred piece.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
